Zusammenfassung In dieser Arbeit wird ein Elektroneneinfangdetektor basierend auf weicher Röntgenionisation mit vergleichbarer Performance bezüglich radioaktiver Elektroneneinfangdetektoren geringsten Nachweisgrenzen im pptv-Bereich und einer Linearität über drei Größenordnungen vorgestellt. werden freie Elektronen erzeugt deren Menge die Entladung an Faraday-Detektorplatte ermittelt. Eintretende elektronenaffine Substanzen vermindern der messbaren Elektronen, wodurch Substanzkonzentration bestimmt kann. Typischer Weise ionisieren zunehmend reglementierte radioaktive Strahler wie 63Ni bis zu 400 MBq Stickstoff zur Erzeugung freier Sekundärelektronen. Diese Ionisation findet hier vorgestellten mittels zulassungs- anzeigefreien Röntgenröhre (unter 30 kV 0,1 μSv/h Abstand von 0,1m berührbaren Oberflächen) statt [5].
